Great location, friendly staff, food was outstanding!
Wouldn’t change a thing we all enjoyed our stay.
-
Patrick
The room was functional and modest in general, for shower available. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and coffee/tea making equipment were a bonus.
-
Mary
The place was clean and reliable, had unobtrusive staff at the reception desk. The hotel was set in a very central area really close to neighbouring Cathedral Square, one of important sights in Christchurch, and eateries. Had brunch in the The Rockpool, located nearby.
As for me, the area was uninspiring.
-
Richard

Good value for money breakfast to star a day with wine and bacon, for example. Very comfy bed, clean bathroom and central heating, TV and a refrigerator in the room. Location just next door to the shopping centre Hagley park and the botanical gardens, and eating places for good food.

The location was good and absolutely perfect, close to Cashel Mall. And we were right by restaurants and many points of interest and galleries, museums, the gardens.

The room was spotless and with a particularly good view of the hills. The location was marvellous, for example, Māori galleries was at a moderate distance from the hotel. It was located in a good area not far from the Gardens, museum and bus station.
Somewhat small room, I was a little disappointed.

Spotlessly clean hotel in an amazing building right by Riverside Market, near to pubs, and walking distance to all the attractions. Charming little room overall, with a view.
Wi-Fi was rather slow.

During our recent stay at Ibis, we were pleasantly surprised by the great location. Being close to shops and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze. The CBD location was ideal for our needs. The clean and comfortable double room provided a restful sleep after a long day of business activities. The beds were large and comfy, ensuring a good night's rest. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
